Design

Asbestos-containing material (ACM's) are required to be removed prior to renovation or demolition work. We develop clear, concise work plans and project specifications that ensure asbestos is safely removed in compliance with regulations.

Management

Removal of identified ACM's is not always the only option. GEC develops asbestos Operations & Maintenance (O&M) programs and Management Plans plans to safely manage ACM's in-place.
